Toddler Time

Toddler Story Time is recommended for two and three year olds and their caregivers and will feature stories, singing, puppets, playing and more!

In case of inclement weather, please call ahead for any changes.  

Programs will be cancelled if the Portsmouth School District is closed for weather.
