Details
The Hilton Garden Inn room may be reserved by Portsmouth-based non profits or community groups holding a public meeting of a cultural, civic or educational nature per the Meeting Room Policy. Therefore, it is not available for personal or business use.
- Refreshments are permitted.
- Do not tape or stick anything on the walls.
- Groups cannot use library meeting rooms more than 9x a year.
- Reservations cannot be made more than 90 days in advance.
- Refundable deposit of $25 required; cash or check made payable to Portsmouth Public Library.
- Your event will not appear on the Library's calendars or social media.
- Evening reservation's End Time needs to end 15 minutes before closing time or the software will not accept the request: Monday-Thursday 7:45 PM, Friday-Sunday 4:45 PM.
- Guest should be leaving the library by 10 minutes before close time.
