The Macleod Board Room may be reserved by Portsmouth-based non profits or community groups holding a public meeting of a cultural, civic or educational nature per the Meeting Room Policy.
- Therefore, it is not available for personal or business use.
- Capacity 12.
- Located on the 2nd floor near the elevator.
- Refreshments permitted.
- The table cannot be rearranged.
- Groups cannot use library meeting rooms more than 9x a year.
- Reservations cannot be made more than 90 days in advance.
- Refundable deposit of $25 required. (Instructions on the deposit are included in an auto email you will receive titled: Payment Pending.)
- Evening reservation's End Time and Tear Down Time need to end 15 minutes before closing time or the software will not accept the request: 7:45 PM Monday - Thursday, 4:45 PM Friday - Sunday.
- The public's events do not appear on the Library's calendars or social media.
