We are pleased to partner with thirty-plus local organizations for the Portsmouth Sustainability Fair to be held Friday, April 21 from 4-7 PM at the Connie Bean Center (behind the library) at 155 Parrott Avenue. All are welcome at this free event. 

Stop into the Connie Bean gymnasium to learn what local groups are doing to address climate issues. There will be fun activities, free snacks from The Juicery, and opportunities to learn about local organizations that are addressing climate change. Sign up to participate in one of the many clean-up activities that will be held the following day on Saturday, April 22 ~ Earth Day. 

The library will be joined by Beyond Plastics, PNH400, Portsmouth Sustainability & Planning Department, the Portsmouth Blue Ribbon Committee of Sustainable Practices, the newly appointed Portsmouth Climate Action Plan Consultant, Portsmouth Conservation Commission, Portsmouth High School Eco Club, Portsmouth Climate Action, Waste Reduction & Diversion, Planted for the Planet, Seacoast CAN, Seacoast Eat Local, Seacoast Students for Sustainability, NH Network Plastic Working Group, Piscataqua Garden Club, League of Conservation Voters, Southeast Land Trust, Conservation Law Foundation, Port City Makerspace, Gundalow Company, Plastic Recycled, Mr. Fox Composting, Blue Ocean Society, Surfrider Foundation, UNH Marine Docent Program, Seacoast Area Bicycle Riders, UNH Sustainability Institute, Portsmouth Department of Public Works, and more!

Registration is not required. This is a free drop-in event for all ages!
