Portsmouth in Bloom: Presented annually by the Portsmouth Garden Club

Visit the Library Lobby from Wednesday, May 17^th through Friday, May 19^th for a spectacular 2023 floral display inspired by, and in celebration of, Portsmouth and its 400^th anniversary! Portsmouth Garden Club members chose images of Portsmouth to arrange beautiful and creative floral arrangements. Although the flowers are fleeting, this annual exhibit is free and open to all!
