Join us for a free concert with The Hampton Trio - Mark and Beverly Davis and Robert Margo at the Portsmouth Public Library.

The Hampton Trio is an ensemble of mandolin, mandola, and classical guitar (Robert Margo, mandolo/mandolin, Beverly Davis, guitar, and Mark Davis, guitar/mandolin). Their program is varied and reflects their interest to popularize and add to the existing repertoire for this particular group of instruments. Their programs often include classical guitar duos by Mark and Beverly Davis, and mandolin solos by Robert A. Margo. They are all members of the the New American Mandolin Ensemble and have appeared in plucked string music festivals in throughout Europe and the USA.  They last played in Guitar Sundays pre-pandemic.  We’re excited to have them return.

Registration is not required, but space is limited so arrive early to secure a seat. Free and all are welcome!
