This year, in celebration of National Arts in Education Week, we want to encourage folks of all ages to study, engage, and interact with the artwork we have right here in the library! It's never too early or too late to learn to appreciate a work of art. So, take up your drawing utensil of choice, grab a card, and explore the library! Take a closer look at Celia's portrait if you like, or venture into a part of the building you're less familiar with. Who knows what you'll find on display! Want a recommendation? Ask a librarian what their favorite piece of art in the library is. Enjoy exploring and drawing!
Finished sketch cards can be turned in to be displayed in the lobby or taken home!
