Details
Gently used costumes for babies to 10 years old can be dropped off at youth services beginning September 27.
Families can shop the used costumes from October 4- 19 in youth services.
Toy weapons, make up and masks are not permitted.
Remaining costumes after the event will be donated to our community partnerships.
