Bike Maintenance 101: Getting Your Bike Ride-Ready

May is National Bike Month and the perfect time to make sure you are ready for the season ahead! 

Join us for a two-hour presentation and workshop with local bike repair professional Cranky Frankie of Cranky Frankie’s Mobile Bicycle Service LLC to celebrate! 

We will start the first half with a presentation on the most important things to check on our bikes every year, from tire pressure to chain maintenance, including a demonstration of the most common issues and how to fix them. We'll also touch on some of the bigger concerns that come with a well-loved bicycle, and when it might be time to turn to professional help. 

During the second half, following the presentation, we’ll have ample time for specific questions and, weather permitting, even a chance to get briefly hands-on with our own bikes.
